Chris became a part of the Colonialtown North community in 2020. Chris lives here with his wife Stephanie, daughter Lily, and their dog Shea. His favorite part of the community is the walkability throughout our neighborhood. Chris is looking forward to helping grow the events this association provides. Feel free to stop him to say hello while he’s on an evening walk, or enjoying all that our surrounding area has to offer!
Devon Webber
Vice President
Devon has been a part of the Colonialtown North community since he was born, and is proud to call the neighborhood home. He is a small business owner and nationally certified EMT with a strong passion for service and community involvement. Devon’s favorite part of the neighborhood is the strong sense of connection among residents and the pride people take in their community. He looks forward to supporting neighborhood initiatives, improving communication, and helping Colonialtown North continue to grow as a safe, welcoming, and engaged place to live.

Alisha has lived in Colonialtown North since 2019. She has a golden retriever (Benji), a corgi (Max) and a husband (Eric). She loves this community dearly and wants to help facilitate fun, engaging events to continue connecting with neighbors. Alisha loves cooking, traveling and reading. Her ideal Mills50 meal is chips and queso from Black Rooster, a margarita from Sunroom, the pho French dip from Bánh Mì Boy and the Silvana cookie from Kaya.
Jen Edwards

As a second generation Orlandoan, Jen loves our city so much! She's a dog mom to Chief and Rory and a foster mom to Rue. She has lived in Colonialtown North for 7 years. Her favorite mills50 business is Sunroom/Guesthouse. You've probably seen Jen biking, running or walking her dogs around the 'hood.
The Colonialtown North Neighborhood Association is a voluntary association serving the residential area of Colonialtown North, which consists of more than 1,800 homes with a population of about 3,500 people. The neighborhood boundaries are Colonial Drive, Mills Avenue, Nebraska Street/Corinne Drive, and Bumby Ave. Membership is open to all those residing, or owning property, in the area!
