Perry Thomas
President

Perry moved to Colonialtown North in 2020 with his partner Brian and their fur babies. As they renovated their 1940s bungalow into a New England inspired resort it quickly found the nickname “The Beach House on Palm”. His favorite part about the neighborhood is the people who live here, everyone walks, runs and bikes around our beautiful neighborhood. Make sure to stop by the Beach House plant stand to swap out or grab a new seedling! In his free time Perry is often running with local run clubs through Track shack and volunteering. Perry is glad to get to support this wonderful community.
Chris Lewand
Vice President

Chris became a part of the Colonialtown North community in 2020! Chris lives here with his wife Stephanie along with their dogs Faith and Shea. His favorite part of the community is the walkability throughout our neighborhood. Chris is looking forward to helping grow the events this association provides. Feel free to stop him to say hello while he’s on an evening walk, or enjoying all that our surrounding area has to offer!

As a second generation Orlandoan, Jen loves our city so much! She's a dog mom to Chief and Rory and a foster mom to Rue. She has lived in Colonialtown North for 7 years. Her favorite mills50 business is Sunroom/Guesthouse. You've probably seen Jen biking, running or walking her dogs around the 'hood.
