Discussed PorchStock permitting issues, why there was an increase- permitting, Maintenance of Traffic (“MOT”) plan was needed

Orlando Main Streets have been able to be exempt from the permitting/MOT plan changes; need to try to get our neighborhood included for the couple large-scale events we have during the year

a. 143 calls for service from Colonialtown North last Month (March)- 21ended up being deemed “no crime”, 15 suspicious person calls, 1 vehicle burglary incident

Things Chris wants to accomplish while in office: Colonialtown North Day and Know Your Representatives Day

Officially announced the intent to hold the CNNA Board Elections on November 7, 2026 from 10am-2pm
i. At the July 16, 2026 meeting, a majority of those in attendance at will vote whether to hold the election as planned on November 7
ii. If the election proposal passes, self-nominations will be open from August 1-September 30

Some heavily debated topics for the upcoming legislative session (April
28-May 1, 2026) include redistricting (which would include eliminating Maxwell Frost’s seat); AI (including the ability of municipalities to veto data centers, children’s use of AI, utility costs), eliminating property taxes
