Positions Available:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
Eligible Voters:
Those 18 years of age, or older, who reside in Colonialtown North
Eligible Forms of ID:
Acceptable identification must include the voter’s name and current address within Colonialtown North. Examples include a driver’s license, utility bill, lease agreement, or official mail.
Candidate Nominations:
Candidates can nominate themselves from August 1-September 30th
No-Contest Races:
If there is only one candidate for a position, after September 30th, the race will be determined to be “no-contest” and the lone candidate will be declared the winner without a vote needed to be made.
No Candidate Situation:
If there are no candidates for a position, after September 30th, the position will be filled by the President (during the term the election is for) who is responsible for appointing open positions according to the association by-laws.
Current Candidates
President
Chris Lewand
I'm excited to announce that I'm running for one last term as President of the Colonialtown North Neighborhood Association. Since becoming President in September 2025, my goal within this role has been to expand the Association, and get us on track for years of success. During my time in this role, we have expanded our events from 3 annual events to 14 scheduled for 2026, and brought back our annual elections. Our Neighborhood Meetings have become quarterly and we have two biannual newsletters. I have also been able to fill all board positions, and create the new Event Planning Committee.
I enjoy being in this position, and my goal for 2027 is to help maintain our high level of events, increase donations/sponsorships, and help train more neighbors on how to get involved with the board. While not term limited, I want to make sure the board is welcoming of new voices. I believe in thoughtful succession, and my goal is to build a strong foundation for future leaders rather than hold the presidency indefinitely.
I look forward to continuing our strong work for the rest of 2026, and I hope I can earn your vote on November 7th to continue this work into 2027!

Devon Webber
Since becoming Vice President in February 2026, my goal has been simple: to help build a stronger, more connected Colonialtown North.
One of my biggest priorities has been supporting and promoting the small businesses that make our neighborhood unique. I believe thriving local businesses help create a stronger community, and I will continue looking for opportunities to connect residents with the businesses that serve our neighborhood.
I have also worked to help modernize how our neighborhood organization communicates by embracing today's technology, making it easier for residents to stay informed, get involved, and connect with one another.
This year, we are also proud to bring back National Night Out for the first time in more than seven years. Events like these strengthen relationships between neighbors, first responders, and local organizations while fostering the sense of community that makes Colonialtown North such a special place to live.
Looking ahead to 2027, my goal is to maintain the high standards our neighborhood organization has established while continuing to improve communication, support local businesses, and serve our residents wherever I can. It has been an honor to serve as your Vice President, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to continue working on behalf of our neighborhood.
Secretary
Alisha Feldman
I am eager to continue serving as CNNA’s Secretary, a role I have proudly held since February 2026. During my time as Secretary, I also took on the role of liasion with the newly formed Events Planning Committee, helping to encourage more fun, meaningful, inclusive opportunities for neighbors to connect and engage with one another. I am excited and inspired to continue an active role in our community because of all of you: I see neighbors showing up for each other, forming friendships and making meaningful differences through small acts of kindness and connection. Thank you for continuing to make this neighborhood such a special place to call home. I would be honored to continue serving as your Secretary.

As a proud resident of Colonialtown North for the past five years, I am excited to announce my candidacy for Secretary of the Colonialtown North Neighborhood Association. Our family deeply values this community, from the fantastic local schools to the thriving small businesses that make downtown Orlando feel like home. Having watched our area flourish over the years, I am eager to step up and give back in a hands-on way. As Secretary, I'll be committed to keeping our residents informed, organized and engaged in local initiatives.
